Meeting Oz
Turning Dixie into Dorothy. My sister and I were inspired by the Wizard of Oz. The mask represents several concepts. This is Dorothy's initial view of Oz as someone to be feared and perhaps shielded from, after all, the technicolour land of Oz is beautiful but also dangerous. I also felt the mask was necessary to signify the cross over between reality and "make-believe".
