“Some people offer their ritualistic offering to the Sun God and the Goddess of the Ganges ("Maa Ganga") in earthen lamps. But some also offer their offerings by meagre means like this in dry-leaf lamps. Both prayers reach the same end and if the prayer arrives left to the currents of the whimsical Ganges, it might lead to human gods."
