Born in Poland in 1976, Maciej has been living in Cardiff in Wales since the
end of 2004. He moved there from Hong Kong where he lived for almost 4 years
working at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University after graduating from university
in Poland with a Masters Degree in Computer Science. He now works at University
of Glamorgan as a Research Assistant and a PhD student in Computing.
Maciej is a semi-professional photographer admired by many other photographers
world wide. He is a member of The Wide Angle photo agency and a frequent contributor
to NEED magazine – the humanitarian magazine based in the US.
His photos have been published in various magazines in a number of different
countries. He plans to become a “full-time photographer” by the
end of this year, after completing his PhD.
