Photography started, for us, in the darkroom of Liverpool University's Architecture Department 35 years ago, and with 35mm black and white roll film. It was with 36 shots per roll, manual camera settings for sharpness and exposure and a "do-it-yourself" developing and printing process.
More than 200,000 photographs later and technology has revolutionised the process, the industry and our culture. But many of the special buildings and places that were important to us then remain; largely unchanged and still close to our hearts.

These aerial photographs all show building landmarks local to Charnwood.   We have been privileged to be able to collect them alongside our commercial and wedding photography projects. They bring an unexpected perspective to places that many of us know and love.
