(...) Modern society presumes that all that we can learn from nature has been extracted and studied and that it has exhausted its ability to interest us. We assume that the simple act of gazing at this self-assessed 'mundane nature' will bare us no direct benefit, in reality acknowledging nature's magnificence is the key to its salvation from our damaging effect on it.
It should be considered that many years ago people took the time to appreciate their environment and they were a gentler people, who were much more meticulous about its conservation. As we have evolved we have moved into an age were nothing can move fast enough, we never have enough time to breath let alone value were the air comes from.
These pictures show more than a pretty landscape on a beautiful day they show a kind of fairy tale glory something that our modern, fast paced and short fused world is in much need of.
