The Pithawalla (the boss)
Mohanbhai. He is one of the middlemen, whom purchase the trash from the ragpicker women in Ramapir Tekra. The pithawallas are popular loan-sharks with the ragpicking community. The women will repay the men by paying interest, which is deducted from the daily payment on the trash they collect. The amount of interest seems to be at the pithawalla's discretion.
