You may be lucky enough to see the proprietor, Jason, come to the door to join in the LEFT LEG ritual.
Established in 1985 the shop boasts an impossible to believe origin for its name. - Involving pineapple seeds blown over from South America in a freak Medieval storm; the fruit flourishing in the grounds of the manor; subsequent partial destruction by a riotous peasant mob resulting in a deformed fruit the shape of a LEFT LEG.
