CANON ANNE HORTON - British Vicar
Of all the people in this exhibition Canon Anne Horton was the only one to elude my question on faith -through nothing other than the fact that she lived it very actively in front of me. Her faith in the ability of people to be actively compassionate, faith in her Christian belief, in society and the potential and possibility that we all have to live together in a caring and equitable way was demonstrated at the service I attend at the Defense College at Woodhouse. As I was about to ask her about what faith meant to her we met a visiting education inspector who she immediately engaged in the interest of the young people at the college...
